Jubran AlBreiki is an accomplished aviation executive with over 16 years of experience spanning Airport Authorities, Airlines, and Ground, Cargo, and Security Operations. He brings proven expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial management, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable growth and organizational performance.
As Chief Executive Officer for Ground, Cargo & Logistics, Munawala Ground Handling, and Security Services, Jubran leads with a results-driven approach, ensuring compliance with international and local aviation standards while driving innovation and operational efficiency. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening service quality, optimizing resources, and embedding a culture of safety and accountability across all operations.

Chief Financial Officer
Houda Farhat is the Chief Financial Officer of Velora, where she leads the financial strategy of one of the UAE’s fastest-evolving aviation and logistics platforms. She oversees ground handling, cargo, and support services across Abu Dhabi’s airports, steering Velora through its transition and growth-focused enterprise under ADQ ownership.
With more than 19 years of leadership across aviation, technology, real estate services, and industrial manufacturing, Houda specialises in complex transformations, carve-outs, shared service build-ups, M&A integrations, operating model redesigns, and profitability acceleration. She has been instrumental in establishing Velora’s finance shared service centre, restructuring its cost base, and redefining its capital allocation framework to support expansion while delivering shareholder returns.
With a Big Four foundation and a Certified Public Accountant with a master’s in management, accounting, and finance, Houda combines technical precision with data-driven decision architecture. She brings a global track record across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, France, Oman, and Bahrain, leading multicultural finance teams and aligning international best practices with local execution.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Houda operates at the intersection of strategy, governance, and performance delivery. Her mandate is clear: Support Velora resilient, scalable, and regionally dominant logistics champion, one that balances operational excellence with long-term value creation.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Faisal AlMulla is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Velora, where he leads the people strategy across ground handling, cargo, and security services. His mandate spans talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design and HR digitization, ensuring Velora’s workforce is future-ready and aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
With more than 20 years in aviation, including leadership roles at Etihad Airways, Faisal combines operational knowledge with human capital expertise. Transitioning from Airline Pilot to a master’s in aviation management, he brings a unique perspective to aligning people with performance outcomes.
Faisal has overseen large-scale HR transformations, embedding frameworks for employee engagement, performance management, and leadership succession. His ability to navigate change in a rapidly evolving sector has been instrumental in shaping Velora’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and resilience.

Chief Legal Officer
Michelle Ayed is the Chief Legal Officer of Velora, where she oversees legal strategy, governance, and compliance across ground handling, cargo, logistics, and security services. Her mandate includes guiding the organization through complex regulatory environments, safeguarding investments, and enabling growth with robust governance frameworks.
With more than 17 years across aviation and commercial law, Michelle has advised industry leaders in France, the UK, and the UAE. Her career highlights include steering the legal portfolio at ADQ Aviation and Aerospace Services and leading finance and commercial legal matters at flydubai.
She holds a master’s degree in International Tax Law and Financial Securities, Investment, and Banking, building a foundation that bridges financial acumen with legal expertise. Her ability to translate complex legal landscapes into strategic direction has been instrumental in supporting Velora’s growth and resilience.
At Velora, Michelle ensures governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks not only protect the business but also enable scalable, sustainable expansion across the aviation ecosystem.
Chief Digital & Innovation Officer
Alan Brouard is the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer of Velora, where he drives digital transformation and cybersecurity strategy across the group. His mandate includes modernizing IT infrastructure, implementing a cloud-first technology roadmap, and building a future-ready digital ecosystem to enable Velora’s operational growth.
With over 40 years of cross-sector experience, Alan has led large-scale digital programs for global organizations including Mercedes-Benz, DIFC, Olayan Financing Company, and Etihad Rail. His expertise spans IT operating models, organizational design for digital transformation, and multi-site system implementations.
Alan holds qualifications in technology, operations management, and digital transformation from MIT, reflecting his commitment to continuous innovation. He is an active member of the Global CIO Forum and the Middle East CIO Governing Body for Evanta, bringing thought leadership to regional IT advancement.
At Velora, Alan positions digital innovation as a core enabler of efficiency, security, and long-term resilience.
Vice President – Velora Cargo & Logistics
Naresh Ranganathan is the Vice President of Cargo & Logistics at Velora, where he defines cargo strategy, drives financial performance, and leads the development of next-generation cargo facilities at Zayed International Airport. His mandate spans operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term sectoral growth.
With over 30 years in aviation across airlines, airports, and handlers, Naresh has deep expertise in both passenger and cargo operations. He has led hub transformations, spearheaded airport cargo reforms, and overseen sustained volume growth across the UAE and India.
Naresh holds a commerce degree and multiple industry certifications in load control, dangerous goods, and project management, equipping him with both operational depth and strategic oversight. As a member of the Logistics Trade Facilitation Committee, he also shapes policy to advance the cargo sector in Abu Dhabi.

Vice President – Velora Ground Services
Charles Thompson is the Vice President of Ground Services at Velora, where he oversees ground handling operations with a mandate to drive efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. He is responsible for aligning operations with Velora’s growth strategy while ensuring compliance with global aviation standards.
With over 20 years in aviation, Charles has delivered performance improvement programs, built stakeholder partnerships, and led multicultural teams to operational success. His background in finance and accounting complements his operational expertise, enabling informed, data-driven decisions.
Charles actively engages in professional development and industry forums, ensuring Velora stays ahead of evolving trends and regulatory changes. His leadership style is focused on building a culture of continuous improvement, operational safety, and client trust.

General Manager - Velora Security Services
Jonathan Paul Stephens is the General Manager of Velora Security Services, where he leads security operations across Velora’s aviation portfolio. His mandate includes safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and embedding security as a core enabler of operational excellence.
With over 30 years in cargo and security services, including two decades in the UAE, Jonathan has been instrumental in shaping Velora’s security strategy. Over his 10-year tenure at Velora, he has strengthened security frameworks, streamlined operations, and aligned the division with industry-leading practices.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Cumbria, Jonathan combines business acumen with deep security expertise. His leadership ensures Velora operates with resilience, trust, and the highest levels of safety.
General Manager - Munawala Ground Services
Ali AlHosani is the General Manager of Munawala Ground Services, where he oversees ground handling and aviation operations with a mandate to deliver safety, compliance, and service excellence across civilian and military sectors.
With over 25 years in airport ground handling, operations, and stakeholder management, Ali has led contract negotiations, large-scale operational programs, and cross-functional teams. His leadership has driven efficiencies while maintaining alignment with GCAA, IATA, and international aviation standards.
